hi everyone!!! this will be my final blog for this semester 😨 as we will be going on our September vacation! In this entry, I'll be sharing my team's entire design process! 😃 which includes: Design Process: Problem Statement Literature Review Ideation Idea Screening and Selection COWS Matrix Our actual design: Initial and Final Sketch Making of cardboard prototype Operating Principles of Product Specification Table Firstly, we learnt about Pain Points, which meant some problems consumers would face when using a product! At the time, dengue had just started to rise again, and my group felt that this would be a problem, as a lot of people don't actually use mosquito repellent! (including us) Mosquito repellents are actually quite smelly, so most of the time, we did not actually put it on before going out to areas with lots of mosquitoes, as we worry that we would smell bad, especially if we would be going out with friends!
